- The latest phase of the Refereeing initiative will start in January 2009. After January 2009 teams will only get the 2 point bonus if:
- For Open Division 3 teams must have a qualified Level 3 Referee.
- For Open Divisions 5/6 teams must have a player who has either attended an "Introduction to the Rules" course, or is a qualified Level 3 Referee.

- In Ladies Division 2 Next Generation 2 have been renamed David Lloyd Leith and play their home matches at David Lloyd Leith (previously Next Generation). See Fixtures for revised Ladies Division 2 fixtures
